Guild Wars 2

Hi, I tried to “buy” the free wizard hat in the gem store today, and when it displayed “click to purchase”, I did so and a “+1” popped up, also, it shows up in my recent purchases that I have got it, yet I didn’t receive a mail with the hat.

Tried this 7 times total now, and everytime I see a +1 pop up, and I see 7 wizard hats “bought” under recent purchases, yet still no mail with the item.

Is this a bug?

Yea I haven’t even got it for hours since I try to “purchase” it.

I think it’s a bug.

The bug is that your mail is full, or rather it thinks so. Try deleting a mail or two and see if it pops up.

Ah, thanks Oglaf, I had 6/10 mail items and I deleted 1, started to receive my items, so I guess the real bug is that mail is capped out at 6/10 instead of 10/10.
