Guild Wars 2

Hey guys, I have had this game for about a month now, i have a level 60 Ranger and have just started doing the level 30 Dungeon with a mate. But when i go into the dungeon at some points of it my character just freezes and i can’t attack anything, everyone around me stands still and nothing really happens. But most of the time it’s just for a couple of seconds but sometimes it completely crashes my game and i have to re log, my mate has also said that when this happens im still in his party (when im not even in the game.)

Has anyone else experienced this or something similar? if so could you get back to me ASAP i just really want to know why the game is doing this to me, and it’s really annoying me.

That sounds more like network latency issue than freezing. There are many things that could cause it, from router, wifi/network if you have either, ISP, somewhere in between you and server, etc.

It could be my internet, our internet sometimes cuts out on us like at random times, but I have tried so many different things to try and make it work but not much happens. Was just playing then and was doing the level 80 green quest and halfway through that it just froze, i could move my character around (Jump, walk around etc…) but my pet and the helper in the quest are just standing there and none of the mobs are attacking me.

Not really sure what to do about it except wait till I can play again, it’s just really annoying that it happens because it could be up to an hours to two hours wait for me to play again.
