For part of the collection in Frenzy III, you have to get a friendship bracelet from Kahloipoi. The tooltip says this is in Cursed Shore; it’s in Malchor’s Leap.
(Also, the Moogooroo friendship bracelet can be obtained just by helping fight off the risen. I didn’t have to touch any anemones.)
