I’m getting constant disconnects with the “Incorrect Password” message. These started the day that Authenticator went down with the patch and since then I receive this error a few times a day, resulting me getting kicked from wvw/dungeons. I have attempted to change the authenticator key and that has not resolved the issue. Then I disabled authenticator and I am still receiving this error. Has anyone else had any experience with this bug or have any possible solutions?

Yep, I’m having this problem as well, I get DCed with the error message “Incorrect Password” and this reference number: 11:1000:7006:861:101.

So you’re not alone, but I haven’t found any fix. I’ve reset my password, tried having it “not remember” my password and I still end up booted out of the game.

Same as the 2 above here, kind of annoying when my group is trying to get ahead in Fractals and I get DCed in the middle of one :/

you will also find other people are having this issue and have for the last 10 days it has been happening for me since the Halloween patch and is making it impossible to do Fractal runs with my guild I really hope we get help with this issue as it is 150+ people affected by it

Ah I didn’t notice that other thread. If a mod could merge this with that thread, it would be great.

The bug is just frustrating to the point where I’m getting discouraged to play. I have been disconnected from 2 fractal runs so far both at the 3’rd stage. You spend a fair bit of time climbing through only to get screwed at the last one before you clear a level.

My guild refuses to bring me they are at fractal 14 now I am at six still this is due to the bug it needs to be addressed soon at the very least a dev message would make me sleep a little better
