Fresh Air still has ICD

Seem like fresh air still has ICD, any rotation AIR->X->AIR->Y ends up with CD on Air attunement in Y even if skill like Arcane Blast is used

Can confirm. Not sure if it’s the 5 seconds it used to be, but there’s definitely still an ICD.
