Guild Wars 2

Last night my raid started to fail on me so I took out the bad harddrives and started fresh with a new install. I got all my updates and went to download guild wars 2. The launcher does the inital part then it gets stuck at 0kbps, if i click anything the launcher says its not responding. I dont have this installed at all so I dont think any of the special launch options will apply.

Has anyone else got a fix?
