Currently cant add anyone to my game list. When I try to i get the message

“The guild, squad, or party is full. (Code=3011:1002:3:2690:101)”

I did remove some people from blocklist incase it was full to see if i could add more to it. But the same error message pops up even after i’ve removed people from the list. So its clearly not a full list issue.

This has been an issue I’ve noticed for about a week now.

still waiting for this to be fixed. So far I’ve been able to block about 1 person a week everytime i try to block or add someone to FL anyone else i get the error code. Very frustrating not to be able to block people who deserve it.

Is it also possible anet can work or the UI of the FL/blocklist to display the max allowed. OR give an offical response about the max allowed. Currently no one knows since its not listed in the UL for example 46/100, And wiki doesnt have that information as well. I know my list is not full since i have been able to add 1 person per week to it while getting the error message the other times.

Of course I had already done that 4 weeks ago, and the only response was a thanks for reporting it we’ll look into it. That was the only response I got before they closed the ticket without attempting to fix it. I have again opened a ticket about this and again we wait….

Then, at that time, you could have updated your ticket. All tickets are closed after 30 days with no response. Make sure to keep the dialog going until final determination.

Have you tried a -repair to the client, in case of corrupted file(s)?

Sometimes they close tickets if they send a response and you don’t update the ticket within a little bit.

Generally speaking, if you are getting error messages trying to make changes the friends list, there’s something blocking your machine from connecting properly to the “name server”. It could be something on their end; it’s more likely something on your side. Worse, it’s usually tricky to track down.

So give the -repair client a try. You can also try clearing out the GW2 cache, in case it’s ‘remembering’ a bad link. (Directions for both are in the knowledge base; you can find that by following the link above so ‘Support’. If you can’t find the articles, let us know.)

Those are good generic things to try because they are easy and relatively quick and fix a lot of weird issues.

There are a couple of other things that might work; let us know how you make out with the above.
