The Friends List hasn’t been functioning properly since the game downtime last week. When I log on it shows everyone on my friends list as being offline. They are not offline. I have to restart the client to get them to show up online. Even then some of them still do not show as being online. I’m obviously not being blocked by these players. They’re my friends. I’ve even checked with skype to make sure they’re online and not blocking me.

I’m an American player on a Eu (Gandara) server.

I know other people out there are having problems with this too. Please post so they see this. I’m going to submit a bug report after I post this.

Same with me and my friends.
Many time I see they’re chatting or pm me but my Friends list not show up them.
Guild list some time bug too.

I’m having this issue as well, American player on Whiteside Ridge (EU).

Heard back from support. Took them about 24 hrs to respond. Incredibly slow considering how fast it was in the Gw1 days.

Tl;dr- They just said thanks for reporting it. No mention if/when it will be resolved.

I’m having this issue as well. I had it in Europe, and it extends to party as well. Sometimes people are in my party (I see them talking) and it looks like I’m not even in a party at all.

On my Friends List, they don’t appear online until I click Whisper in the Friends list (of the “offline” friend, who is really online). Their location is unknown in both party and Friends. My friend says he also has this issue. The issue continued even after I transferred to an American server. We can join tournaments together fine, though.

Really annoying because it won’t work when I want to “Join Friend in PvP” and it requires me to manually see what server they are on and join it.

Its almost been two weeks and still nothing has been done. Please keep posting and maybe they’ll give a kitten at some point.

This is still happening. Its been a month. Is nothing going to be done about this?

I’ll report it again via the support site, but, I thought it could use some attention here too.
