Guild Wars 2

So a few days back i noticed that a couple of my active friends and guildies appear as unknown, for example in the contacts list if you list them by achievement pts even if theyre one of the highest theyll all appear on the bottom, and when theyre online theyll show as offline with the grey square in both guild roster and contacts list. but just recently i think there was a fix and all was good but just today i think it went back to being bugged. I heard that this had something to do with them coming from EU? i kind of recall at least 2 mentioning theyre from EU. I play on a NA server

I’ve been having the same problem. I have 5 EU members and for the past week or so, those that have been in game have often been showing as offline for myself, and some of my other members in NA. All my EU members are on Tarnished Coast with the rest of the guild.
