so i have this problem that i’ve had for about a month where i send messages in the chat to friends and sometimes they dont get the message. this dont happen often maybe once or twice a day but its quite annoying where i send a message and wait for a answer to something my friends never saw.

That sounds as if you are lagging to the game’s chat servers (which are not the same as the servers in which we play). It’s unusual and worth a closer look. So, I strongly recommend you create a Support ticket and work with ANet to track down the issue. Could be all sorts of things.
