I have a problem, and its been going on for a while and i looked around to find a answer and i haven’t yet. My friend and I are standing right next to each other, i try to party/whisper him and it says he is offline. He tried to party/whisper me and it says I’m offline. It is only between us, i can party my other friends and he can do the same. I had a another friend party me and it worked. So maybe its a issues with me and him?

Are you certain one of you does not have the other on their block list?
If neither of you have the other blocked, and by friend you mean that you are both on eachother’s contacts list, each of you should try blocking the other and then unblocking and re-add to eachother’s contacts list again. Perhaps there is an issue to where the game thinks one of you has the other blocked. Perhaps actually blocking and unblocking will correct this issue. Not sure if it will work, but it’s worth a try.

Also, out of curiosity, are both of you from the EU playing on NA servers, or one of you from EU and both playing on an NA server? There had been an issue in the past that was causing this problem for EU on NA servers that had lasted a long time, though it had finally gotten corrected some time ago. I hope this issue has not returned.
