Finished, “From Howl to Silence”, with my charr. Did not receive the mastery point as indicated. Contacted customer svc, after several exchanges, was told to post the problem here in hopes the devs would see it and address it. Any help would be much appreciated.

You only get personal story step Mastery Points once per account. If this isn’t your first character, you probably already earned the point already when you did the personal story on your first character.

Have you completed the first chapter of personal story with a different character, even if it was a different storyline? You’ll only the mastery point for your first character, regardless of whether charactera are a different race and complete different achievements. I’ve listed all the first chapter achievement below, and you’ll only get one mastery point total across the five achievements. Same goes for chapters 2 & 3, and also with the three orders for chapter 4.

For the Legion! (charr)
Waking from the Nightmare (sylvari)
Rising to the Challenge (norn)
Graduation Day (asura)
