found it. only in Eternal Battlegrounds you can find Battle Master
The bug is: the NPC isn’t appearing in home borderlands, as it used to. (I tried with two different colored homes.)
John Smith: “you should kill monsters, because killing monsters is awesome.”
Devs stated they are aware…and working on a fix?
