Just did the Frozen Maw event and I didn’t get the bonus chest. This is the second time this has happened. I thought it was setup once per day, per character. I’ve had plenty of time for it to reset. Has anyone else had this problem?
Bonus chests are daily per account, only the actual event chest is daily per character.
No. The boss chest is set to once per day, per character. The bonus (guaranteed rare) has been set to once per day, per account, for a long time alredy.
