I apologize if this has been mentioned elsewhere, too many threads to look through

I just did the frozen maw event on sor and it is the second time I have looted the chest (first time during the reset) and got no rare. The first time I sent in a ticket ingame but this time I was too lazy. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem with frozen maw?

It’s not guaranteed that you will get a rare item. I think John Smith said, “almost always.” So you might be just getting horribly unlucky.

Or, your character might be too low level — the loot will normally be character level so the lowest tiers will yield greens instead.

Or when you open the chest, there is too many people around so you don’t see the rare in lootlist to your right.

But there is a new fresh rare in backpack.

True story, happened to me alot of times.

Ban the guesters.
