Guild Wars 2

I am trying to do Frozen Out story achievements, I get not my active story instance, Progress will not be saved it won’t give me access to the shortcut to fight the boss, i have to replay from the beginning.

I got this bug yesterday so i replayed the entire episode thinking it would fix it, only to get it again…when i hit replay this episode all story missions are grey out like never done it before..

Also having this problem, though the brazier became unavailable after the first use. If it helps I had purposely died and exited the instance to reset it, then it wasn’t working on the next attempt. I’ve tried leaving the map, relogging and starting the story over but the brazier still isn’t usable.
