If you cast a conjured weapon as an ele and the cast is interrupted, no weapon is spawned or put into the player’s hands and the cd of the skill triggers. Especially annoying when you’re in fire staff, and cast ice bow then double tap 4 to ice storm immediately and find yourself burning retreating backwards with icebow on cd.
