were you by chance fighting a basilisk just before this happened? its happened to me a few times while fighting those and getting caught in their stun attack. thankfully the stuck in “hero pose” as I call it does go away after a while.

I think this happens sometimes if you are in mid-attack while the baddie you are killing dies. You will probably notice the skill you were using is flashing (but not always). Sometimes youcan fixthe “pose” by using the skill you were using when you vogued. Happens to me all the time.

It happens to me a lot on my mesmer. Can happen with blinking, getting stunned and dying. Or some combination of those.

It happens to me on my necromancer from time to time, makes for a pretty ferocious pose for screenshots.
I have some, but you can’t tell what’s going on in them thanks to another, far more annoying bug.

This happens to my d/d ele when attuned to earth and using weapon skill nr5 then quich changing attunament wile he is still casting the skill

You get this almost always from thiefs using Basilisk Venom
