Q:
Bolt in the main hand has the electric aura while the offhand doesn’t.
I can weild Bolt/The Moot and receive all particle effects while The Moot/Bolt is missing the lightning aura.
I plan on getting Frostfang/Bolt but if I do so, I would like to have my lightning aura please.

I edited my original comment so as to make the bug easier to understand. I see no need to create another thread as this one is already here.
P.S. This is most certainly not a bump.
