I’ve noticed this a few times now, I’ve reported this on the crash logs and in game as well.

If you have Guild Wars & Guild Wars 2 running at the same time, and you alt tab back and forth between games, Guild Wars 2 visually breaks.

This only happens on Guild Wars 2. Nothing happens on Guild Wars.

All the tobjects on the map take that effect as well ._.

What you are seeing with that green and blue is a corruption of your video memory (similar to what some of us were getting with the 32 bit client, it’s a memory issue, even assuming you are running the 64 bit client). Possibly due to a windows 10 bug/limitation MS put in with directx9 (it is apparently limited to 4gb memory itself across the whole system as I understand it, but I am not using win10 so I did not look into it more).

I have gotten something similar if I run another more graphic intensive game for a period of time on Win7 with a r9 280 3gb card, but never running another guild wars with it, and I had done that for a while.

Also, win10 and alt-tab of a fullscreen application can have issues itself.
