Not 100% sure if this is a bug but it sure seems like it. Been playing most of the evening and when I went to wayout to Lions Arch from Lornar’s Pass I got an error that the client couldn’t connect. When I was finally able to connect again I had lost almost 3 hours of game play and a majority of Lornar’s Pass map, a level, and all that other fun stuff. Just wanted to let someone know my frustrations.

Same here, lost about 2 levels and all the quests I completed, items as well.

I can confirm this, I had 4/5 DEs for daily, got in an only had 2/5 and had some items that I had vendored previous to the crash, this is messed up ANET. First you don’t let us play when we want to, then do a rollback. Get your kitten together please

Same thing happened to me. Lost a level, lots of items/money, and all my renown hearts. Was completely reset to the start of the zone.

It just happened to a bunch of people, me included. The exact same thing just happened to me. Tried to enter a different zone and I got the same client error. I lost more than 2 hours of progress when I was able to log back in. Lost hearts, vistas, pois, ability points, and not to mention all of the materials/exp. I know exactly how you feel and I hope that something could be done.

The worst part about this rollback is that some people were apparently unaffected.
I don’t care about the items or XP. All I care about is that before it crashed I had got Kessex Hills to 100%, and now I’ve lost a lot of progress.

I also lost time, spent 2 hours in a dungeon and lost most of my stuff, level and money.
