Guild Wars 2

I was in AC last night and, 2 seconds before the last boss died, the game crashed me out. I tried to hurry back in as quickly as possible so that I didn’t miss my loot before everyone left the dungeon but, much to my surprise, I got my loot.
What I didn’t get was my tears, money, or experience and my screen said “Dungeon Complete”….
Considering the fact that it took well over 2 hours to make it through, I was pretty upset about it.
All’s I could think about was how hard I just worked for those tears I didn’t get, so I sent a bug report in-game about that.
(Forgetting that I ALSO didn’t get the money or experience :/ )
Anything that can be done about getting my full payment for dungeon completion??

I was in AC last night as well and just a few minutes after we got the “new build available, game will restart in 3 hours” message, my client crashed. i sent an error report and logged back in, but i couldn’t rejoin my group. when i tried to walk into the dungeon, it gave me some “can’t access the log in server” error that I can’t remember exactly… I was able to leave the group and walk into the dungeon alone, just not with the group. They asked someone else to try joining in and that person got the same error as i did. weird!
