Guild Wars 2

I was at the Splintered Coast checking out the new update stuff when my game suddenly crashes. I try to log back in and on character selection my game continues to keep crashing, any pointers on how to fix this? Or do I have to wait for the next patch?

Game crashed, and i am getting check your internet.
Mine internet works

I can log into a character but get as far as the loading screen of where I left them logged off and the load times out saying there’s a Network Error.

I’m also crashing with a network error after just downloading the latest update. I can log in just fine, but when I load a character it will crash right when you expect the loading screen to disappear.

I have verified that my Internet connection works just fine.

same here, keeps saying check internet connection. When I know its working fine.

I posted this in another thread about this but regardless, it really needs attention, and my friend can’t get in either and wants to play, so.. This is frustrating for him. Not to mention he’s one of the leaders of our guild and has the most solid understanding of tactics out of all of us, so we’d really like to have him around right now, haha.

Mine crashed too, and now i have to download data about 20 gb. Kinda strange… Maybe i’m just dumb and can’t see the reason behind it.

Run as administrator. That solved this error for me.
