Game Crashes when entering explore mode in dungeons.
I don’t know why but my character can’t enter dungeons in explore mode for the last hour. I’ve tried to repair the game, change character, but nothing seems to fix this. Also I’ve sent a ticket I believe 2 to 3 weeks ago regarding a mail I received and still nothing from suport.

Also experiencing the same problem with error code 19:9:18:1618:101

I’m adding my name to the already troubling problem…

It’s really frustrating. I’ve been trying to do honor of the waves all afternoon, have tried doing CoF and the game simply crashes if I try entering with a team.

If y’all are having problems with the game you need to contact support about it. Top of page then Submit a request, at top right.

If you have a ticket on a previously submitted problem that’s 3 days or more old, you can post the ticket number in the 3 day or older thread here for special consideration.

If you are having code 19 problems, do not send in support tickets. The issue is currently being worked on by ArenaNet, and they will put out a hotfix, I’m sure, as soon as possible. You can find a thread over in Tech Support with a Dev response.

This is same thing happen to me too. I get “error to connect to log-in server” and my game crashes. Its only just recent (since yesterday, I’m starting to think its the new patch). Only usually when someone else opens the dung (is fine when I do), and I can’t enter no matter how many times I relog.. dunno what is the problem.

Can confirm, since new patch joining any dungeon not based in my server causes the client to crash as stated above. Hopefully a hotfix drops soon for it
