Guild Wars 2

I just hit lvl 80 and when I was equipping an item the game crashed, now I cannot even open the game without it crashing. This comes after several other crashes because of patches. Seriously what is going on?? I feel so frustrated at the constant crashing that I feel like going the subscription route might be better…. Anything I can do to get ingame without crashes??
