Game Crashing 50% of the Time
Are you using 64bit client?
What kind of hardware are you running the game on?
Really shouldn’t be a hardware issue involved. 5498 hours played, didn’t crash before expansion. About 30 minutes to an hour after expansion I crashed 2-3 times. Used the 64bit and haven’t crashed then, took me a day or two to find out about the 64 as well… I still find it odd 3 years and I never crashed with that many hours and then expansion comes and I made no hardware changes…
i7 2600k (old), gtx 780ti, 8gb ram, all ssds.
TLDR; I honestly believe its a coding issue since the issues only started after the expansion.
No, this is a server issue I’m sure, unless the internet somehow only dislikes certain zones. I was playing just fine earlier, I log off, go watch movie, come back 5 hrs later, now….and every time I zone into Hoelbrak or whatever the norn city is, or the story mode in that city, i get booted from server. Other Zones somehow are fine for me, these two areas right now have a 90% chance to boot me off the game atm.
