Been doing this a lot lately, can I do a reinstall without losing everything?

yes you can reinstall without losing anything. character/account data is kept on the server, so you will never lose anything.

If you click the ‘Show Details’ option on the crash report, and post the very first part, someone may be able to assist you with why the game crashes.
