Guild Wars 2

The game frequently disconnects me after cutscenes during instanced missions. It happens most often with cutscenes at the end of missions.
Anet sent me a possible solution that seemed to work for a while but the problem started again.
Does anyone have any ideas for how I could fix this or why it keeps happening?

I’ve been having the exact same problem with “The Confessor’s End” story instance. I’ve run it seven times in a row only to be disconnected after certain dialogue cues, transitions, or ends of cut-scenes every time. I’ve been looking for a solution as well, all I’ve gotten is checking my own internet provider, which is most definitely not the issue.

I’d like to know of some solution as well. But it’s nice to know at least I’m not alone in this.

It’s been happening to me for about a week now. I had to fight Caudecus 3 different times due to DCs, and just tonight, I spent 45 minutes trying to get through the Hearts and Minds instance on an alt and then got DCed right after I beat Mordremoth so it doesn’t count. Super frustrating.

It’s happened to me during Hearts and Minds a lot too.

I’ve been disconnecting right at the end of the first Head of The Snake story instance, not sure if there is a cutscene at the end of this instance because I haven’t got to see it, but the issue could be related.

Unable to progress through the living story because of it, and don’t have any solutions..

I just disconnected near the end of Down the Hatch. The rescue of Demi from the pirates.
I also disconnect in confessor’s end.
