Is there any acknowledgement on this game breaking bug where when you are transformed you cannot change skills or you can but then they become skill locked, this was introduced in the latest patch and seems to have gone mostly ignored with a suck it up attitude it seems,

All of the above suffer from this, im sure there are other places in the game this is happening, but these are the main ones I come across on a daily basis, I know you can log out change skills and log back in, but this is shocking this is still in game, if this was a gem store problem it would have been patched by now.

Nope. You literally cannot change skills in or out of battle while you are transformed. While many groups can play around this, it is extremely annoying and severely limits the way these maps (especially the fractal ones) can be played.
