Game crashed after 6G in sales @ Trading Post
Loot doesn’t just go missing. The most likely scenario is that the server didn’t update what you saw on your client due to the crash, so you think you collected stuff from the TP, but game disagrees.
Regardless of what happened, contact support with the same info as above and the time/date/character name. They’ll be able to help you troubleshoot the immediate situation (missing items and/or gold) and offer advice about preventing crashes due to the TP (probably changing some minor settings on your default browser).

I opened a ticket with all the information you suggested, a GM just restored 6G to my account this morning.
