It’s hard to say. I’d check for things like RivaStatisticsServer, Afterburner, or turning off NVIDIA ShadowPlay, and see if that helped? Beyond that, look for a crash log, and see if you can’t post a link to it here for us.

I’m having the same problem, my log file is attached.
According to my log file it seems the game can’t find certain textures/items etc.
I didn’t have any problems a few weeks ago.

I’m having the same problem as well since the latest W10 update.

Log in, press play and the launcher just closes without starting the game.

Just updated to the latest W10 update and started having this problem as well(game shutting down/not launching after “launching” the game in launcher). After restart sometimes it works for a min then crashes anyway.

I think it might be related to Afterburner, not super sure.

edit: updated RivaTuner to v7.0.0 beta and it works fine again.

The most likely cause is either AfterBurner, RivaStatisticsServer, or some similar FPS monitoring tool that injects into the Direct3D rendering pipeline, but that isn’t entirely compatible with the latest Windows 10 release.

Another possibility is an out of date memory reading DPS meter.
