Guild Wars 2

I just got a new computer, real good stuff, sitting down to play, i was running the game on an average fps of 130-160.
Now, all of a sudden, the game is stuck on 60 fps, stuck as though the fps limiter was active. Nothing I do, except lowering the limiter to 30, affect my fps in game.
Does anyone know what can cause this?

Check “VSync” settings in the game and your graphics card driver settings.

I have the exact same Issue. I was always able to play on medium with 40+ FPS. But after HoT came out i’ve been away for about a month and now i’m stuck on 10 FPS even whilst i put all settings on low.
And my other games still act as they used too it’s just GW2 that all of a sudden can’t be processed by my computer for some reason.
