Guild Wars 2

My game keeps freezing at random times without warning, i cant Ctrl-Alt-delete to bring up the task manager when it happens it just freezes up my entire computer and I have to restart my computer. Sometimes i can play for a long time and sometime for only a few minutes before it freezes. Now its freezing during my personal story mission and i can’t finish it.
Can anyone explain how to fix this or at least what is causing it?

Sounds like a Tech Issue not a bug.

Keep your PC clean (dust) and watch the components’ temperature. You could also try to update some drivers.
