Guild Wars 2

Just like you would alt tabbing yourself, it goes automatically. At the same speed too, so it’s not something that can crash my game. But after 3 weeks and 3 different drivers, i start to worry. I have no background apps going, tested several drivers with DDU (clean install drivers), no success. In windowed mode it doesn’t tab, but freezes for about the same amount of time. Stresstest says hardware is fine, temps are normal the whole time. yes CPU gets to 100%. But I play gw2 for 3 years now, so i kind of guess that shouldn’t be a thing. Especially since I run BF1 pretty high and that runs fine, except for EA bugs. It even happens when i’m not touching the keyboard. I have used 3 different malware-removers! Other games don’t show this problem. EU4, BF1, HOI 3, mount & blade all run fine. It’s random happens from about 3 – 10/hour. Not a problem, but annoying as hell. Also if it happens and for example when i’m walking straight, it appears a kept walking (when i keep pressing forward). So it doesn’t black out, but it fades out splitsecond, but the game just keeps on going on in the background.

Also i tried to film it with nvidia, but it sticks to the game, but it registers a freeze though. Others stick to desktop only, so if anyone has a good program for that kind of stuff recording let me know.

I have also tried clocking GPU down to standard presented on the site, many people had unrelated or semi related problems with their GPU’s being automatically overclocked by manufacturer. Also didn’t help.

I mainly seem to find articles and subjects about games going to deskop. But mine is a quick tab in & out. I don’t find much articles about it, but one of them is from gw2 aswell. Other forum, but no solution presented their either.

windows 10 as a game dvr feature to capture games. sometime when you start guild wars 2 the game dvr feature it cause a conflict and the game will close leaving you a error message. close the message and go back to guild wars 2 after all is fine. the game dvr feature run in the background in windows 10.

you can record your guild wars 2 game with it. but sometime it cause a error message when you start guild wars 2. the game close so you can see the error message. close the error message and go back to the game. also the guild wars 2 error reporting tool can also sometime close the game. when you are playing.

Thanks for the post, but i don’t have a problem with recording or said errors. I don’t have any background apps going and it just alt tabs itself quickly. No crash, no error. I was just looking for a program to record what i was seeing, nothing more, nothing less. I have used DVR and it’s pretty useless to me. Since it doesn’t record any image, just pictures. I want to record something so i can show it to other peoples, what i am seeing.
