I’ve been playing for 4 hours on Dredgehaunt Cliffs and completed 98% of the map because of one skill point is bugged but at the time I got game client error, when I tried to log back in it says unable to login, I tried to close the game and re-opened it when I logged back it it says I’m level 46 which I is not really true because I’m level 51 and half way to level 52, why did it roll back?

Yea I got the same, I completed lvl 80 area. I got 2 exotic weapons and salvaged with Black lion salvage kit and got 5 Glob of ecto plasm. But after that I couldn’t log into GW2, when I got in after trying quit long I got the map on 96% and no items in my inventory. Is it possible to get it back?

Awesome, Anet. When the game crashes it affect your progress and “saves” First time I heard that MMORPG is getting rolled back individually, good job. Impressive I have to say. So I guess we have to cross finger everytime this crap get saved when we play? 50-50 or what the hell is this all about?

Kind of things that make you wonder if it’s worth playing this game again.

yep 4 hours wasted here was getting some money together had made loads of karma and nearly 3 gold lost 15k karma and now have 6 silver not rly funny in my eyes this happend last weekend was it ? this gonna be a regular thing if so im gone

This rollback thing is not new to me, happened to me for few weeks ago. And this seems pretty much regular to me. Might happen again and I’m 100% sure about that

around 3-4AM UTC, I got dc and couldn’t log back in. Later I logged back in and was rolled back to an area I was in much earlier and it seems the drops I had gotten in the 10-30 mins before getting dc were gone.

This was in cursed shore.
At 2-3 AM UTC Gunnars Hold Server we waited for plinx to spawn but he didn’t, so instead we went to gather orichalcum. Then later we recaptured shelters and were escorting Jofast. (3-4 AM UTC) I got 2 rares and then got dc.

As I said I couldn’t log back in until later, when I noticed I was back at the waiting spot and nowhere near jofasts camp.

I know anet doesn’t do refunds of this stuff and I’m not asking for any, just trying to give as much info as possible as to the when and where so they can pinpoint this stuff.

Happened to me also… this sucks.
I hadn’t played the game for a while, I finally start to get back into it and this happens.
I am very disappointed.
