Guys can u please stop reset login information and all settings with every patch? What the hell is going on? That never happened before. Is some apprenticeship doing this?

Since the last “bullsh… balance” patch my launcher keeps resetting to my native language instead of English. It also removes the “remember email/password” and every time the ingame hud size is set back to normal.

What’s up with that? It’s annoying. Anyone else having the same issue?

I can confirm this is an issue.

This started happening to me as well as soon as I got a new computer, so I assumed that was why. I was just about to make a thread about this.

It does not reset every setting. It resets:

- The language.
- Your login information.
- The UI size (small / medium / large).

I does NOT reset the rest (key-bindings, graphic or audio options, etc).

And yes that’s annoying.

We’re working on finding a fix to the disappearing account name/password issue.
As far as how long it takes us to reply to tickets, it really varies a lot depending on how much incoming volume we had. Last week we had our response time down to a few hours, but this week was a patch week. That means a lot more tickets, mainly from people who are having trouble logging in after being away from the game for a while.
Right now our average wait time for English tickets is just over two days, but I expect that will be going down quickly as the patch-related volume tapers off.
