So I’ve got the game installed after battling with the downloader, luckily there were answers to my problems in the forums during that joyride. Now my wife and I have separate Windows 7 user accounts in order to keep our saved passwords separate (since it’s so easy to forget them sometimes.) I’ve got all of the game files stored on our HDD and the shortcuts on our desktop both link to the same file location. My problem now is that if I open the game and there’s an update/patch, I have to download it, but then afterwards if my wife opens up the shortcut on her account, she also has to wait for the update to download/install. Has anyone else ran into this? Shouldn’t the updater see the latest and greatest files on my HDD and skip the update process?
