Gamebreaking bug in Into the Labyrinth

I’m not sure if it might happen in the story version because it didn’t, but when I tried doing it again for achievements, at the very end, right after Caithe steals the egg, it teleports me very near the southeast wall after the cutscene. Now, the problem is that there is a freaking invisible wall right there, and I get stucked at the wall, watching the timer for the 20-min achievement tick down while I can’t do a thing.
I had to redo the instance and guess what, it happened AGAIN. This time I stood in the MIDDLE of the room before the cutscene, but it teleported me back right after the cutscene to the same spot. Though luckily I managed to jump out to higher ground somehow and got to the door, where I could press F to Interact with it to teleport me back into the room.
Also additional bug: The minimap does not show the underground area anymore after HoT update. In Dulfy’s video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUOJ4JLDMWM) you can clearly see the underground area. It’s a pain to navigate without a map.
