Guild Wars 2

I have both parts of the key and can unlock the vault room but the chest will not unlock. I’ve tried this on multiple characters and it will not work.

I’ve ran into the same issue in this jumping puzzle (Mistwrought Vault, for clarity’s sake). Just tested in the Red borderlands in the battle between Maguuma, Tarnished Coast and Sea Of Sorrows.

It seems to be a common problem. I have the same problem, and I’ve recently seen a few posts about it in this forum.

I have encountered this problem for well over a month. 3 different characters, 3 different times, and I still cannot open the chest. I am getting VERY tired of doing this and not being able to move on. I am ready for this to be fixed.

Are you using the same key parts found in that exact JP? (i.e. you didn’t do Sapphire last week, got the top half, then next week you do Garnet, get the bottom half, then try to use both key halves to open the door?)
