Hey Anet,

Unfortunately, the dynamic event to unlock the Arah Dungeon has bugged on the Gates of Madness server. As a result Arah is locked out, preventing players from access to Arah as well as preventing access to the Karma vendors. The dungeon was working fine up until the October 11 update. This issue is detrimental to our server and needs to be addressed.

The same thing happened on Darkhaven, the events are bugged and it is now impossible to enter the dungeon.
