Gathering Tools in PVP
For some reason you can equip the gem store gathering tools, but can’t equip orichalcum gathering tools in the pvp lobby. It’s weird.
The gem shop tools are “L0”, meaning any toon can equip them; the ori tools are L80, meaning only L80s can.
I think that game treats toons in PvP as Lx, where X< 60, which would explain why you can’t equip ori tools.

It is simpler than that. It is just not set to be usable in the Pvplobby.
