Hello,
so I discovered that bug/exploit yesterday while mining and swapping other gathering tools.
When you start gathering anything (plants, ores, wood) and immediately swap ANY of the gathering tools you will use the tool that you just swapped, instead of the one that is actually required for particular node (must be the same level, otherwise you get ruined chunks).
Example:
You start mining mithril ore and immediately swap your harvesting sickle from X to Mithril sickle. Effect -> you will use x3 Mithril sickles instead of mining picks.
Example 2:
You start harvesting omnomberries and immediately swap your Ori mining pick for Mithril pick. Effect -> you get ruined fibre and use x1 Mithril picks

So really you can harvest 100 plants for 4 silver (normally 50 sickles). That’s the only reason why I think that would be an exploit. Other than that just a bug. But it also can be used whenever you run out of some of your other gathering tools.

Note that you need at least 1 tool for it to work. Otherwise you can’t start gathering anything
