Guild Wars 2

When opening Trade Post, Gem Exchange does not show its content (refer to picture).
I can see other tabs (Home, TP), even buy gem is working, but not Gem Exchange

I deleted content of username\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2
Ran “Gw2-64.exe -repair” which took 20 minutes and completed.

Running Game Diagnostics, does not show any errors.

I asked in game and others can see the gem exchange and did tell me how much is the current exchange

And I still can’t see the gem exchange tab.

Any news on this? it is still not working!

I had the same experience with the gems not being credited. I saw elsewhere that it may take 72 hours for the Gems to be delivered.

Hopefully I’ll be able to come back to this post and confirm that this expectation is correct.
