Several days ago, I purchased three items from the gem store, but it appears they never arrived, despite the gems being spent and the items appearing in my recent purchases category. I gave it a few days to see if there was simply some sort of delay, logged in multiple times, checked all characters etc.

So yeah, help thanks, haha.
