Guild Wars 2

So I purchased 800 gems and then proceeded to purchase 25 transmutation crystals for my level 80s. It took 24hrs to receive the gems, but is taking longer then 48hrs to receive the crystals. The gems are gone so I can’t try again. I reported this in a bug post….what should I do next? I’m out $10. :{

Make sure your mailbox has space in it. If you already have 10/10 mail then you can’t receive the item that you bought from the gem store.

Sometimes, it won’t even show 10/10, but deleting a few anyway usually allows the queue to progress and fixes the issue.
