please take a look at my recent Gem Store History (5 minutes before this thread was created). I tried to exchange some Gems to Gold and had an issue with the custom exchange. I’m scared that I may be sent gold by the system that I should not receive.

I’ve received around 30 Gold for 300 Gems but I made several Custom Exchanges that yielded nothing but did in fact substract Gems.

It may be an exploit that is abusable and repeatable but it may also just be a bug that could make some users lose Gems over.

I’m not sure what you’re describing here.

It is just a bug with how the UI displays certain Gem to Gold exchanges. The Devs are aware of it, and the correct amounts will be exchanged in-game.

If you lost gems but got no gold, I would hardly consider that an exploit…
