Please fix or refund my purchase!!! I just purchased 5 transmutation gems for 200 and I havent received a mail with my purchase!! I checked my inventory and mail and nothing. Please fix this as soon as possible!!!!!!

Firstly, the mailbox has a maximum limit of 10 mails. New mail, including gem store purchases, cannot be delivered when the mailbox is full.

Please delete some of your existing mail to open up space, thus allowing the gem store mail that contains your purchase to be delivered.

Did my comment help resolve your problem? You’ve received your gem store goods?

Also, adding a “Mail waiting to be delivered” message to the mailbox has been suggested several times in the “Suggestions” area of this forum. Perhaps you could make a polite request there as well.
