I’m posting just to say that I bought Miniature Spooky Trio, on the “Minis” tab. I received the e-mail getting the box, bla bla, I clicked on it and it gave me 3 pets, I could use it when I wanted when I bought it… But, guess what?! After I logged out and logged in again, I had no pets.

What happened? My lovely pets weren’t cheap, so… There’s any way Arena.net will help me getting my pets back? I have screenshots of the proccess buying it, etc.

By the way, I don’t know if there’s posts talking about this already, but I had to post this immediatly, since I have to leave the PC for today, and Halloween is almost ending, and when it ends… I doubt that I’ll be able to have my pets back….

Hey EMP. I had this exact issue a few minutes ago, only with the Witch’s Outfit gear set. I traded me entire bank to gems to buy it which i had made over several days, only to receive the mail and not be able to take all the pieces as only half of it was actually there.

For the pets…

If you hit deposit all collectibles they get sent to your bank. Check there.

Hey Yamakasi. You’re in a worst situation than mine :O Witch’s Outfit Gear is more important than just 3 pets, post on forum like I did, lets see what they have to say about that, post a screenshot of your “recent purchases”, good luck mate.

Pie Formation, your comment solved everything, you’re right! It was on the collectable area, I had NO idea that mini pets were considered a collectable, that’s why I posted this. Thanks a lot mate, cheers >-<"

If this happens to anyone else, you know now… Pets will be in your personal bank.
