Gem Store - Issue
This isn’t a MAC client only thing, it’s been doing this to me for two days now on the PC side as well. A lot of people who wanted the wings had this issue as well and have now missed out on them (that forum is in the account/technical forum, though it should be here since this is a bug).
I’m really surprised that this hasn’t been fixed- or even addressed by a staff member- since, right now, it is GW2’s primary source of income until HoT is released.
I don’t know if they are ignoring this, but I would hope they would reply to this issue, we are missing the sale, so hopefully they will allow us to buy the items that the time already went by as it was their fault we couldn’t purchase our gems.
Anyway I am on a PC and I am having the same issue, something is badly broken on their purchase system.
Confirming – completely broken.

I’ve reported bugs, tried to communicate with people on twitter I’m just getting no response and its completely and utterly frustrating…

It’s definitely an internal problem, I just realized that when I tried to buy the game directly from this website my paypal nor my card went through. I ended up having to go purchase it from amazon and just using the code.
I am having the same issue, I’ll wait a couple more days I guess.
I’ve been having issues with the gem store since Monday evening. I’ve gotten the same error since.
Once the payment process gets to confirming the order, it just errors out.

Been going on for over 2 weeks now, trying every day.
I’ve had the same problem for at least the past 2 days. Credit Card or PayPal won’t go through at all. I’m on a PC as well.

it wouldn`t be all that bad if….
…you didn`t make the mistake and tried to purchase a 2nd acc using instant bank transfer (Sofort) like me :/
Tried this 2x today using the gw2 site, but after having paid both times I got an error…
It`s also weird that there are both operations noted as have been taken 03/09/2015…wth?
So much for good support, it’s been 4 days now since I sent a ticket and still not a word.
It is way past time that Anet should be replying to this and letting us know what is happening..
