Hi, earlier this morning I purchased the new Hair Makeover Kit for 250 gems. A notice popped up saying that these items would be sent to me in my mail. I had a look and saw that nothing was there, I logged out and switched characters to see if it would make a difference, but unfortunately there is still nothing and I seem to have wasted my money. Am I missing something? Thanks.

check if you have 10/10 mail if you dont but have like 7/10 just delete one and it will arrive, its just another bug…

Thanks for responding, my mail was clear in the first place and I have cleared more mail anyway. I guess it is just a bug, I just wanted to know whether I was doing something wrong or not. Take care.

I’m experiencing the same issue- bought gems with gold, purchased a hair kit, and nothing was delivered to my mailbox. I currently sit at 1/10 mail. Any update regarding this would be much appreciated.
